Half Asleep in the Buddha Hall

My new book is an essential read for coming into present moment thinking.

Half Asleep in the Buddha Hall is available as a paperback book, or an immediate e-book download.

Meditation resources: including a meditation video

DVD and Guidebook - Meditation, Qi Gong, and Yoga. This was created to be safely done by people with injuries, so it's a great resource not only for meditation, but for learning to "sit" with much less discomfort.

Session 2

Listen to the second webinar regarding Noticing and Accepting.

In this session, we looked at the first two letters in the NAIL acronym, Notice, and Accept. I'd really encourage you to download the study guide for this, using the above links.

There was a question about getting the kind of relationship you want. I suggested that it's essential to know, in detail, what you are looking for. I've written an e-book about this.

You can preview the book by going to the "free" page and clicking List of 50.
This is an explanatory booklet.
Or, learn about the full e-book, with many more details and examples.
And, I'll send you 6 articles on relationships!

Session 1

Listen to the first session, about the background for our beliefs, and how these often subconscious beliefs colour both our opinions and our actions.

Resources:

My free booklet "The Watcher" is a guide to creating a pattern for observing your emotional reactions and mental games.

We suggest both bodywork and meditation as tools for self-observation. Have a look at our Bodywork section—this part is an exercise in observing body posture.

And this blog article is all about meditation, and includes a video describing postures and approach.

Here's a blog article on how rules and beliefs trip us up, and some ideas about what to do with this.
