For those of you with a specific interest in one or more of the topics that make up the Zen Life-Flexibility Program, but wanting a more ala carte approach, we've created the Flexible Zen Living page - we've taken the videos and merged them by topic, which you can purchase individually: learn meditation, Qi Gong, Breathwork, Yoga, Zen Living, etc.

I just spent a few minutes looking at a new project from Nikon. It’s a thing called Universcale — it provides an overview of the Universe from the macro to the micro, and puts into perspective how little we are able to perceive. You could easily get lost in the presentation, which is the sign of a great item. have a look!

Even tomorrow…as Nikon suggests. Why live in the wonders of tomorrow, why am I not able to chose the now, and be satisfied? Appreciate what is there in front of me, not what is to come tomorrow. Enjoy the moment, instead of capturing the moment. I chose to live in the now, which means I am enjoying the sights of this moment, not trying to capture them and then wonder what will be next. How can we enjoy the now if we focus on the tomorrow? It will pass by, I and will have missed it, if I chose not to live in the moment of now.
