You have! And I've been writing forever! I just trust I still have something to say.
I'm glad for the update, and that in general life is good. Yes to the karma drag. We tend to have a bit of that, until we don't. I suspect that, as Stewart Wilde says, the key is learning to "walk rapidly in the opposite direction!"
I didn't meditate until I did (obviously) and have found it invaluable. I can sit still now, a major accomplishment. And, I've gained clarity into my drama making, which is also good. Yes, things come up, and you learn to watch without drama. Might be a nice project for 2010.
Best wishes and blessings for a great 2010!

It seems to me that I have been reading your newsletter forever, have written to you and yes, of course you responded and I called to order your book and was blown away when you answered the phone! Life has changed some, not as much as I would like. Darbella has just turned "retired" and I just turned 70 and can truly say, that I do not feel what we "think" 70 should be and folks I meet say; "you gotta be kidding me", so of course my ego goes off the chart!
Personally, I still meet 'users', I think that might be my Karma drag or my blind spot. Meditation? Why oh why oh why oh, do I have trouble with that? It's like a 'fear factor'. "Something will happen", or perhaps nothing.
Bottom line. Life is good. I could bitch, can't we all - and we do, but at the end of the day, we are all still grateful for the "all" of it.
