Live Fearlessly - 7 Tips

POSTED BY wayne on Oct 30 under Self-responsibility

Many people wish to put their fears aside and to create and live a full and elegant life. In Zen, we say this is simple, as in “Simply Sit.” Or, “Pay attention!” Or, “Wake up!”
The point of these little aphorisms is to bring living into the present moment.

Fearful living disables our ability to act in the here and now. Of course, when you think about it, the fear is totally internal. I fear what I am imagining might happen, and therefore am standing still doing nothing, or doing what I always do.

Fearless living is not reckless. It is both present and prepared. It also recognizes this fundamental truth:
All you can control is the action, not the outcome.

Why We Use Touch

To experience the knots release from the muscles is to experience a release of emotions (blocked emotions, emotions that for some reason were stopped dead in their tracks.) The knots can represent anger joy or sorrow - but they need not have a label - they are just there. How much better our body functions when the knots are gone. Our energy, our chi, can flow through our bodies from head to toe, fluidly through the chakras, grounding us to the earth, yet reaching to the universe. How much easier we flow through our lives, how much easier we communicate, how much easier we can understand ourselves after Bodywork.
