Communication 101
An introduction to the communication model, and a deep discussion, with exercises, of the building of excellent relationships.
The four Mondays in July (5, 12, 19, 26) from 7:30 to 9:30

The Phoenix Centre continually emphasizes the importance of good communication. In this four session workshop, we'll examine the elements necessary to build good communication, practice what we talk about and discuss the impediments to communicating.
No matter what kind of relationship you're trying to build, the bedrock of a successful relationship is communication. Using clear descriptions, stories and exercises, we'll take you up a notch or two from your present effectiveness level. Come join us, and learn to say what you mean, and mean what you say.

For those of you with Phoenix Centre or Haven experience, you will find a group of people who are vitally interested in deepening their experience through more careful and thoughtful use of the communication model. You will find others who are on a walk of self-discovery, a group where openness and intimacy are the rule, rather than the exception.
The maximum number of participants is 14. The cost is $50 per person for all 4 sessions, the deal of the century!
