A note from Wayne and Darbella

For several years now, Dabella and I have been offering our justifiably famous
Weekend Intensives.
For those of you who want to work with us, but require a shorter, intense experience, have a look at our new, Day-long Intensive.

Here's the deal:

After you sign up, we use e-mail to
plan your day-long experience.
You arrive at 10 am.
We'll then meet for a brief
plan confirmation session.

Your Day-long Intensive ends at 4 pm.

Included in the package are:
5 hours for your Intensive Experience,
plus lunch.
("B & B", either before or after, is available for an additional $25.00 CDN pp/pn)

Possibilities (by no means limited to this list)

• Communication & Relationship – through dialog, discussion, exercises.
• Deep process psychotherapy –
  delving into the issue of your choice.
• Deep Process Bodywork - a day dedicated to exploring your inner theatre through Bodywork, Chakra Balancing, Acupressure and Breathwork.
• Visualizations, Meditation and Centering – Zen Meditation, dharma discussions, Qi Gong Energy work
• Body Image & Health – how you view your body – becoming comfortable with your body, meeting your body halfway, dealing with allergies, chronic illness or chronic pain, depression.
• Gender Identity and Sexuality –
  exploring the sexual side of you and your relationships, including dealing with sexual embarrassment.
• Ceremonies –
  welcoming milestones in your life, letting go of old hurts and relationships, through ceremonies we create with you.

Sessions may include:

• Counselling – one to one or one to two counselling, with Wayne alone or with Wayne and Dar.
• Bodywork – designed to break you free from the muscular knots you've tied yourself in.
• Acupressure Bodywork – great for meridian corrections, immune system boosting.
• Breathwork – learn proper breathing techniques.
• Meditation Techniques – guided, using a wealth of styles.
• Chakra Work – bodywork techniques for opening the Chakra system, moving energy throughout the system.
• Hara Work – bodywork techniques for releasing the energy that is often locked in the belly (hara).
