Peace, Presence, Contentment—Mindfulness Intensive
A day-long Intensive —

This day-long Intensive is an opportunity to find peace, presence, and contentment by developing a real meditative practice.
You'll learn how to make your
body, mind, and spirit work together.
We will explore grounded, centered meditation, body movement, (Qi Gong, Acu-Yoga, and walking meditation), Body and Breathwork techniques, and Zen-based Mindfulness approaches to living life fully and deeply.
You will learn:
- To Meditate Mindfully, creating inner peace and tranquility.
- To Identify and Release Stress in your Body, using:
- Qi Gong techniques—Develop and strengthen your Qi, as a healing, calming, and meditative force.
- Acu-Yoga—a form of yoga designed to open the body and free your energy.
- Breathwork—how to use breath for healing and relaxation.
Bodywork—how to read your body's holding patterns. You’ll learn to adjust your body to compensate for injuries, and to reset yourself to "neutral."
- To Understand and Focus Your Mind
- "Let go" of patterned behaviours and thinking.
- Be with yourself and others in a clear, honest way.
- Create a "Watcher," allowing you to hear “the voices in your head” in a gentle and non-judgmental way.
