Owning Your Life — Self-responsibility as compared to Blaming

2017/03/192012/04/09 by Wayne Allen

Owning Your Life We’ve been conditioned since birth to blame — to make others responsible for who and where we are, and to let ourselves off the hook. Self Responsibility as a Life Focus

2015/06/102010/03/15 by Wayne Allen

Body-work

2015/06/102010/03/08 by Wayne Allen

Unbinding is disentangling yourself from your wacky thoughts. We all have them. Blaming, chiding, criticizing, ornery thoughts. Change comes at a price, and the price is actually doing something.

2015/06/102010/03/01 by Wayne Allen

Especially in the West, vulnerability is considered a weakness. This is taught to us by our parents and tribes, who are, of course, concerned for our safety. However, this fear of vulnerability is ingrained at a deep level, to our detriment, once we become adults. (This is one reason most adults aren’t!)

Well, Wayne, here I sit with tears streaming down my face, after I just let you slap the stuffing out of me (on paper, of course) with your wisdom in "Lesson #4."

Thanks again...
Dana
