The Legs from the Side

After Karen Ann turns on her side, we work down the long muscles of the leg, and then turn our attention to the calf muscles.

The Sides of the Legs

The key here is to work off of the leg bones, and to be sure to avoid the knee altogether. You can use thumbs along the muscles, and your elbow can be applied to the larger muscles. You can use a drag stroke, or just apply pressure.

The Belly

This is a view of the entire torso. For the sake of clarity, I'll divide the torso at the belly button, and use "belly" to describe above this line, "front pelvis" to describe below the line.

The belly is simple to work with, as all we can do is work under the rib-cage and compress the stomach muscles.

Nonetheless, if "stuff" is caught in this area, its release can be, as one client described it, "Like giving birth to the thing in the Alien Movie."

Notes for this section:

The Belly

The angle around the belly is either under the bones, or squeezing the muscles.

Be sure to avoid the lower ribs and the zyphoid process!!! No pressure to either!!!

The Front Pelvis

The Front Pelvis is the home of sexual passion. We work inside of the pelvic girdle -- to the inside of the hip bones, on the leg crease, and also along the top of the pubic bone.

The fingers work under the hip bones, and along the pubic ridge from the belly side. The muscles of the belly can also be "grasped."

Ending the Session

We end sessions by looking for remaining imbalances (in our video, Karen Ann's shoulders are still slightly rolled forward) and correcting them. Then, various Chakra points are held and the client returns to normal breathing.

Ending the Session

We apply downward pressure to Karen Ann's shoulders, apply pressure to the jaw points, and then place a hand on her sternum, while encouraging her to bring her breathing to normal.
